These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Event Putt website and related online inquiry features.
Event Putt is a trade name of VM5 Enterprises LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company. References to “Event Putt,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean VM5 Enterprises LLC doing business as Event Putt.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
1. Website Purpose
The Event Putt website provides information about our mobile putting entertainment services and allows prospective customers to contact us, request information, or request a quote.
Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create a rental agreement or require Event Putt to provide services.
2. Inquiries, Quotes, and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry, contact form, availability request, or quote request does not create or confirm a booking.
Event dates and equipment remain subject to availability until a booking is confirmed.
Unless Event Putt specifically agrees otherwise in writing, a booking is confirmed only after:
- the applicable Event Putt Rental Agreement has been electronically signed; and
- the required $150 Non-Refundable Reservation Payment has been successfully received.
Confirmed rentals are governed by the Rental Agreement associated with that booking.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed Rental Agreement concerning a particular event, the signed Rental Agreement controls with respect to that event.
3. Pricing and Quotes
Prices displayed on the website are current published prices and may be changed from time to time.
Changes to published pricing will not affect the price of an event that has already been confirmed under a signed Rental Agreement, unless the Client later requests and approves additional services.
Event Putt's standard pricing applies within its normal service area. Additional travel charges may apply based on the event location and will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed.
Custom products and services, including custom printed wraps, branded golf balls, special personalization, extended rental time, attendants, extraordinary venue requirements, and other optional services may involve additional charges.
Applicable sales, use, rental, local, or similar taxes may be added where required by law.
The event-specific price shown in an accepted quote, invoice, or signed Rental Agreement controls over a general price shown elsewhere on the website.
4. Availability and Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but availability, equipment specifications, service areas, photographs, pricing, features, and other information may change.
Displaying a date, service, package, or feature on the website does not guarantee that it will be available for a particular event.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, technical, or other errors on the website.
If an error affects a pending inquiry or quote, we will attempt to notify the prospective customer before a booking is confirmed.
We will not change an agreed event price because of a later website pricing correction after the event has been confirmed, except where both parties agree to modify the booking.
5. Rental Policies
Rental-specific terms concerning payments, cancellations, rescheduling, weather, site requirements, equipment damage, guest conduct, safety, pickup, technology interruptions, liability, and related matters are contained in the Event Putt Rental Agreement provided before a booking is confirmed.
Putting Leader chain. The oversized Putting Leader gold chain used during events is rental equipment and remains the property of VM5 Enterprises LLC d/b/a Event Putt at all times. It is not a prize or giveaway and must be returned with the rest of the equipment at pickup. If the chain is lost, not returned, or damaged beyond normal wear, the client will be charged its full replacement cost. The medals and golden golf balls included with a booking are the client's to keep.
Information about those policies may also appear elsewhere on the website for convenience.
If summarized website information differs from the terms of a signed Rental Agreement, the signed Rental Agreement controls for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms or any Rental Agreement eliminates rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
6. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use the Event Putt website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about Event Putt services and contacting us about an event.
You may not:
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- introduce malicious software or harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;
- use automated tools to excessively scrape, copy, or extract website content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when submitting information;
- use the website in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity; or
- use Event Putt's content, branding, or website in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, Event Putt, our customers, or others.
7. Intellectual Property
The Event Putt name, logos, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, text, promotional materials, and other original content are owned by VM5 Enterprises LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal or legitimate business inquiry purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, commercially exploit, or use Event Putt branding or website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Event Putt intellectual property.
Materials that customers provide to Event Putt for event personalization remain subject to the customer's or applicable third party's ownership rights and are addressed separately in the Rental Agreement.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website or Event Putt booking process may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, electronic contract services, social-media platforms, mapping services, technology providers, or other external websites.
Those third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, and operating practices.
Event Putt does not control and is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Event Putt Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through an inquiry or booking process may be used to respond to the inquiry, prepare a quote, administer a booking, provide services, process payments through applicable third-party providers, communicate about an event, and operate Event Putt's business as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Website Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Event Putt does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not warrant that every item of website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
This Section concerns use of the website. Warranties, responsibilities, and remedies relating to an actual rental are governed by the applicable Rental Agreement and applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VM5 Enterprises LLC d/b/a Event Putt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.
This limitation does not replace or modify the liability provisions of a signed Rental Agreement governing an actual Event Putt rental.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit Event Putt to exclude or limit.
12. Governing Law
These Website Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
However, nothing in these Terms requires application of Nebraska law or a Nebraska judicial forum where applicable law does not permit that choice, including any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply based on a user's residence, event location, or transaction.
Disputes concerning a confirmed rental are also subject to the governing-law and dispute provisions contained in the applicable Rental Agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
Event Putt may update these Terms from time to time as its website, services, or business practices change.
The Effective Date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Updated Terms apply prospectively to use of the website after the updated version becomes effective.
Changes to these Website Terms do not retroactively change the terms of an Event Putt rental that has already been confirmed under a signed Rental Agreement.
14. Severability and Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Event Putt's failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
