Corporate Event Entertainment Ideas That Get Teams Involved

The best corporate event entertainment gets people talking across teams instead of checking their phones. It should be easy to join, a little competitive, and carry your brand, whether it's a company party, a client night or a team outing.

How to make it a team event

Will it fit our office or venue?

Each station needs about 6 × 15 ft on a smooth, close-to-level floor and a standard outlet. Most standard flooring works, including carpet tile, wood, concrete and ballroom floors. Setup takes under 15 minutes, so it can be ready before people arrive, even at a venue with a tight load-in window.

What it costs

Every rental includes 3 hours of play plus delivery, setup and pickup anywhere in our standard service area (the Omaha metro, Council Bluffs, Fremont, Wahoo and Ashland). Company branding on screen is included.

Event lengthSingle stationDual station
3 hours$475$775
4 hours$575$975
5 hours$675$1,175

For all-day events like conferences, each additional hour is $100 per station. An on-site attendant is $50 an hour, and a $150 Non-Refundable Reservation Payment reserves your date.

Other corporate entertainment ideas

Team trivia or a game show

Levels the field across departments. It needs a host and the whole room's attention at once, so it works best as a scheduled block.

Casino night

A crowd favorite, but it takes more space, dealers and setup, and some guests won't play for money even with fake chips.

Food trucks or a chef station

Great food keeps people lingering. Pair it with an activity so people have something to do after they eat.

A cornhole bracket

Low cost and easy outdoors, but it doesn't keep score for you and fades after dark.

Why companies choose interactive putting

It's branded out of the box, runs itself, and anyone can play in a few minutes, so it works for a team happy hour or a company party of hundreds. Single station for smaller events, dual for bigger crowds.

Questions

What's good entertainment for a corporate event?
Interactive activities that anyone can join in a few minutes work best, because they get people mixing across teams. Branded interactive putting with a live leaderboard is a strong choice: no skill needed, easy to brand, and it runs without a host.
Can the entertainment be branded with our company logo?
Yes. Your logo, colors and a live leaderboard appear on the screens at no extra cost. Branded golf balls are available as an add-on.
How much does corporate event entertainment cost?
Event Putt's interactive putting is $475 for 3 hours with one station or $775 with two, including delivery, setup and pickup. Each additional hour is $100 per station.
Is it good for team building?
Yes. Head-to-head games like HORSE create friendly competition, and a department-vs-department leaderboard gets people from different teams talking.
Will it fit in our office?
Most likely. It needs about 6 by 15 feet per station on a smooth, close-to-level floor and a standard outlet, and sets up in under 15 minutes.
How many employees can play?
There's no limit. Games take a few minutes and anyone can jump in, and the leaderboard tracks everyone. A dual station lets twice as many people play at once.
Does someone from our team need to run it?
No. It's designed to run itself, and we walk your organizer through it at setup. Add an on-site attendant for $50 an hour if you'd like.
