Holiday & Year-End Party Ideas That Get Everyone Mingling
The hardest part of any holiday party, at the office or at home, is getting people to mix instead of clustering with the same few people. A shared, low-pressure game with a live leaderboard does that faster than anything else.
December books early. Company holiday and year-end parties often book 6 to 10 weeks out, and December weekend dates go first. If you have a date in mind, check availability now.

How it works at a company holiday or year-end party
Your logo or a festive theme goes on the screens at no extra cost, and the live leaderboard does the rest.
- Department vs. department. Track teams on the leaderboard and let the rivalry build through the night.
- Crown a champion. Announce the top score during toasts or year-end awards. It gives the program a fun moment.
- Break the ice early. Open it as guests arrive so new hires, remote staff and different teams have an easy reason to talk.
- Clients too. For client appreciation events, it gives guests something to do besides small talk.
Private and family holiday parties
At home, it fits in a basement, living room or finished garage with about 6 × 15 ft of smooth floor and a standard outlet. Games take a few minutes and every age can play, so grandparents, kids and competitive cousins can all get in on it.
Where to put it
- Offices, hotel ballrooms, breweries and event venues all work. Most standard flooring is fine, including carpet tile, wood, concrete and ballroom floors, as long as it's smooth and close to level.
- Near the bar or food, where people already gather, but out of the main walkway.
- Setup takes under 15 minutes, so we can often fit in before your guests arrive even at a busy venue.
What it costs
Every rental includes 3 hours of play plus delivery, setup and pickup anywhere in our standard service area (the Omaha metro, Council Bluffs, Fremont, Wahoo and Ashland). Company logos and themes on screen are included.
| Party length | Single station | Dual station |
|---|---|---|
| 3 hours | $475 | $775 |
| 4 hours | $575 | $975 |
| 5 hours | $675 | $1,175 |
For bigger company parties, the dual station lets twice as many people play at once. An on-site attendant is $50 an hour, and a $150 Non-Refundable Reservation Payment reserves your date.
Other holiday party ideas that work
A white elephant or gift exchange
Gets the whole room laughing at once, but it's one block of the evening, so plan something for the rest of the night.
Team trivia or a holiday game show
Great for leveling the field across departments. It needs a host and everyone's attention at the same time.
A hot-cocoa or signature-cocktail bar
An easy early gathering point. It pairs well with an activity nearby.
A photo booth with festive props
A fun keepsake, and it works well alongside a game that keeps people around longer.
Why interactive putting works for holiday parties
It breaks the ice fast, runs all night without a host, and brands to your company or a festive theme at no extra cost. Single station for smaller gatherings, dual for a big company party.
